CHOOSE YOUR PRICING PLAN

The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon by both parties before work commences. Any additional work requested by the client will be subject to additional fees.

The client may choose from the subscription plans available on our website. Each plan includes a specific number of design hours, which must be used within the subscription period. The client may choose to renew the subscription at the end of the period.

The client may submit design requests via our online platform. Requests will be assigned to a dedicated designer, who will work on them during the designated design hours. Requests will be executed by the number of designers available under the package, and due time will be required to deliver the request.

The number of design revisions will be determined by mutual agreement prior to the commencement of work. In subscription packages, unlimited design and revision requests are permitted, subject to the availability of designers within the package. The company will make every effort to deliver requests in a timely manner.

The client may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Any changes to the subscription plan will take effect immediately upon confirmation. The client will be charged the new subscription rate for the new plan starting immediately upon confirmation. Any unused amount from the previous plan will be adjusted upon switching plans. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans at any time, with or without notice.

The client agrees to pay the subscription fee in advance of each subscription period. The client also agrees to pay any additional fees that may be charged for additional design services requested outside of the subscription plan.

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice at any time. In the event of termination by the client, the company shall refund the balance amount to the client's account. In the event of termination during a subscription period, no refund will be granted for the current month. However, any unused balance will be refunded to the client's account for future months.

In the event that the client chooses to terminate their subscription plan within the first three days of purchase and has not utilized any design services, a refund may be granted upon request. However, no refund will be allowed after the three-day period has elapsed.

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, ownership of the final designs will transfer to the client.

The company retains ownership of any materials or designs created during the course of the project that were not included in the final designs.

The company agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential and will not disclose it to any third party unless required by law or without the client’s prior consent.

The company makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The company is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the client as a result of the design work, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which the company or any of its concerned branches is located.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements between them.
